Derwen is a recently built cottage in a traditional style, on the edge of the village of Brancaster Staithe. The house is just a few steps away freom Barrow Common, which is rich in wildlife and has lovely walks. There are extensive views of the coast from here over Brancaster Staithe, the golf club and Scolt Head.The house is within easy distance of the creek for the sailing and boat trips and just up the road are the 2 village pubs the Jolly Sailors and The White Horse both serving food. Apart from Brancaster beach nearby there are plenty of other beaches accessible along the coast. As well as numerous other other attractions including Sandringham, Houghton Hall and Wells-next-the-Sea.
